This week’s writing prompt is a quote.
Hello there and welcome to another week of writing prompts! Today, I thought I would post a picture and write a prompt from it.
Did anybody miss me last week? Sorry, I didn’t post. I was busy preparing for a train trip. So for our writing prompt today, I thought we’d write about what comes to mind when you think of ‘train trip’. Have you ever been on a train trip? Would you like to go on a train trip?
Since Labor Day is coming up, I’d thought we’d talk a little about labor in general for this week’s writing prompt. And in particular, your least favorite task or chore you do for your home or business.
My prompt is below.
I’ve been busy watching a couple webinars to help me get my book more readily acceptable for libraries. I am excited about what I’ve learned and will be busy over the next several weeks working on an updated version of Cookie Encounter (just adding category info for librarians). That’s what I’ve been up to lately.
For this week’s prompt, let’s talk about pets. Are you a dog person or a cat person or a fish or gerbil type person? My prompt answer is below.
This week’s writing prompt is on….cookies. I love cookies. I could be Cookie Monster’s best friend…except we’d fight over the cookies!
Your assignment, should you accept it: Fix the cliché “curiosity killed the cat”. What’s a better one? Curiosity….
My fix is below. Have fun!
Today, I thought I’d post a picture and see what kinds of prompts you come up with. I hope you join in!
I’m having lots of fun reading all the cleaning tips! Thank to those who have shared with us so far.
For this week’s WPW, I thought I’d stick to the spring cleaning and giveaway theme. So, use the following: When Maggie got around to her spring cleaning, she looked forward to giving away….
Have fun! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Mine is below.
For this week’s prompt, use the words basketball, hotel, and walk. Mine is below.
