Hello,
As you know, I’m all about books here at Michelle Connell Writes. I love to read them, review them, write them and celebrate them whenever an opportunity comes up-if I hear about it in time. Continue reading

School is going well so far around here, and we are anticipating when the fall temps will arrive. My kids are waiting for baked goodies, like cinnamon rolls, pumpkin bread, and chocolate zucchini cake. Continue reading
Hello reading friends,
This week finds me leaving for the Mid-South Writer’s Conference near Memphis, Tennessee. I’m looking forward to a few days in a different environment, one in which I can connect with other lonely writers. Writing is always such a lonely endeavor, it’s fun to find and connect with like-minded comrades. Continue reading
Happy Wednesday! The sun finally came out after days and days of rain. Spring is in the air! And I’ve noticed the days are getting longer. Yay! Also, I’m seeing and hearing more robins lately. Listening to robins singing is one of my favorite sounds of spring. Continue reading
Good morning! I have a special treat this week for my readers. Instead of me rambling about what I’ve been doing this week, I’ve interviewed a special friend of mine, Carrie Schmidt, of Reading is My Super Power. If you recall, she ran my giveaway in December to highlight my newest book, Heir Force. Continue reading

Let’s just say up front, as everybody probably wants to know, that at the Tucson Festival of Books, I did
not
sell
ONE
book.
Not one copy of Cookie Encounter was sold. Sigh. Okay, now that that’s out of the way, I can say though, that because I had a good friend to stay and visit with, I had a great time!
Today’s writing prompt, is an update on what’s going on my life. Today I’m making preparations for my trip to the Tucson Festival of Books.
Hello there,
Just wanted to remind you that the Indie Advent Calendar is still going on. Each day a new author or two is revealed with links to their books. All kinds of genres are included and most books are on sale. Cookie Encounter was included for National Cookie Day on December 4th. You can scroll back and forth for any day in December, so you might want to take a look.
