Hi Everyone,
How are you doing? I am three weeks post op from my neck surgery and feel great. I appreciate all the prayers, comments and thoughts sent my way.
According to my surgeon who came to see me before he left that day, he said, “You are having a remarkable recovery.” I’m not sure why, since I don’t have anything to compare to, except that I had a lot of people praying for it to go well and for a speedy recovery. Well, I attended a funeral the next morning and have not taken any pain meds since surgery. I think that qualifies as a speedy recovery!
I have to do a month worth’s of PT to get my left arm strength back and loosen the shoulder muscle, but that is better than the pinched nerve!
Just a quick note that my military inspirational ebook, Heir Force, is on sale for .99 until November 10th. Would love to hear your thoughts on it if you haven’t read it yet. If you wish to get a copy from somewhere other than Amazon, you can try and ask for the price match. I don’t read ebooks, so I’m not sure how fast it works, but you can try.
Back to work on my next book, Accident Encounter. This is the second book in my Chance Encounter series, with different settings and characters. The series is about how the couple meet in each book, each one a different chance encounter.
Anyone doing National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo)? How is it going so far? Let me know if you’re participating this year.
I’m not doing it this year, because I’m finishing Accident Encounter. Thanks to this program, I now have several novels in progress.
Happy writing and reading!
