In the Writer’s House #19

Only one more weekly post here before I take a break from most of my writing work. Right now, there are a couple things I wanted to mention.

Christmas giveaway graphic

I’m running two different giveaways this month! One is running right now on Goodreads, for Heir Force. Enter to win one of three signed copies, and add it to your want to read page. If you win, please leave a review, as these are very helpful. And if you prefer the ebook, it’s only .99 until early January.

I’m also going to be running a giveaway next week, and I’ll post more about that after I finalize the details. Look for that post soon.

I’m winding down writing for the year, as I don’t usually write too much in December since it’s a busy month already. I occasionally write a Christmas letter and some years make my own cards. I’m not sure that I’m going to get either one of these done this year.

I will try and post my November reading wrap up soon, and October’s! Right now I’m reading mostly Christmas books, and enjoying them. I’ve met my Goodreads reading challenge of 78 books and am on book 91 for this year so far. Next year I can increase my goal as I won’t be putting out a book, unless by a miracle I get a Christmas book of my own written!

How are you doing on your reading goal for the year? Are you reading holiday stories now?

Happy reading!

~~Michelle

  1. ARRRRGGGGGHHHHH….I’ve spent the past five minutes trying to sign in so that I could “like” your post …and leave a comment. I’ve gone through every single password I can think of and none of them work. Just wanted you to know I”m trying!!! 🙂 Bev.
