One way to spread the word about a book or author is through book festivals or fairs. I was looking up festivals the other day and found one in Tucson, Arizona where a friend recently moved. So guess what I’m thinking about for next year?
This week, our writing prompt is about book fairs and festivals. I’ve only been to a Scholastic Book Fair a time or two, but I’m interested in all things books! If I get everything lined up, I could be meeting readers in Arizona next March. I’ll keep you posted. Hopefully I won’t be spending my profit on new books that I see while there! Do you live near a university or book store that offers a book fair?

I really don’t know too much about book fairs, but I am very interested. Perhaps I’ll meet up in Tuscon. Now there’s an idea.
