Hello Readers,
For this week’s prompt, let’s talk about books. Which genres do you enjoy reading the most? Historical fiction? Mysteries? Romance? Sci fi? Nonfiction?
I enjoy all kinds of books…from nonfiction on business, marketing, parenting, homeschooling, self-improvement, writing, etc to fiction in mystery/suspense, romance, women’s fiction, inspirational, medical/legal thrillers and the like. And of course, the best book for daily living, the Bible.
What is/are your favorite genre(s)? Share with us in the comments!
Happy reading!

I like books that make me think, that jar my preconceived ideas, that move me.

I like books that involve suspense/clean romance best of all. I get hooked on a particular Author and read everything they have written.

I love thrillers. Give me a stalwart hero, an evil antagonist and some heart stopping action and I’m a happy camper.

I’m a mystery, thriller, suspense fan. Ones that have surprise endings and keep me guessing are the best.

I enjoy reading family drama, romance, post-apocalyptic, young adult, magical realism, and general fiction with a compelling story. I read a lot of non-fiction craft books. Also I am drawn to books set in places I would love to visit, such as Scotland and Wales, and books set in small villages, remote places, or on islands such as the Isle of Skye or the Shetland Islands. Often it is the setting that draws me to a book as much as the genre.
