Hi,
I’m still here. I’ve been busy reading up on mailchimp, working on my marketing materials, etc.
I have a quick question though: Have you ever met an author at the library? What did they speak about? I have the opportunity to speak at a couple libraries this summer and wanted to know what your experiences were, good or bad.
I don’t know if most people want to learn about the author’s journey to writing, or about the particular book they have just published. What would you prefer?
And I know, that was a few quick questions, plural!
I would love your feedback, thanks!

I always love to hear someone’s story-whatever they decide to share. I would include both since you just published a book.

Thanks, Lisa! I think I will plan to do that.

I have heard a few authors speak at our local library. I am always interested to hear about their writing journey, and also the motivation for writing their latest book.

Thank you, Kristah. I will share then about how I was a book reviewer first and that I actually didn’t ever plan to write novels, until my writer’s group twisted my arm to try.
