Dear Friends,
It’s my favorite time of year! I love the lights, the music (who can celebrate without Andy Williams?), the goodies (especially homemade fudge!), and gatherings with friends and family.
I am indeed blessed.
My family has set up the tree, had a cookie exchange, and now I am working on our card design. The photo of the children has been taken (nobody frowned or cried!) and quite bit of shopping is done. Even some of the wrapping is finished.

My husband and boys surprised me one year with a pink Christams tree!! It’s beautiful! A big sacrifice since they would have preferred another color.

It is going to sound a bit strange but……one of the Smith family traditions is tuna, crackers, cheese and shrimp after the Christmas Eve Candlelight service. Sometimes we watch a movie or read. This year our children will be with Philip’s family. We may start a new thing just because we can. 😊
